Who we are
Welcome to Team RunWise, a coaching platform founded by two friends and future doctors of physical therapy. We believe training is more than logging miles—it’s about building smart, sustainable habits that bolster an athlete’s performance and health.
Our mission: to help athletes train and fuel for success.
Whether you’re chasing a new PR, preparing for your first race, or looking to balance performance with long-term health, you’re in the right place. At Team RunWise, we’re not just coaches—we’re athletes dedicated to building a supportive community where hard work, smart training, and a love for movement unite.
Meet the Team
Hey, everyone! I’m Wil Graham. I’m a lifelong athlete, married to my high school sweetheart, and I love all things coaching and endurance. I believe training should build you up, not burn you out. I’ve discovered the real reward isn’t in race results but the process itself: the daily discipline, the lessons in patience and resilience, and the joy of steady growth. My goal is to help athletes fall in love with the process of training, find joy in the journey, and celebrate results along the way while maintaining health and fitness for life.

I’m Trevor Elliott! I’m a former DII Track & Field athlete, future DPT, and a lifelong student of health and fitness. I live with my wife in north Georgia, and I’ve been training for and competing in road races to gradually shift into an endurance-based athlete. I see good health and the ability to train and compete as gifts. My lifelong goal is to bridge the gap between science and practice by bringing the best of research to the athletes and patients who trust me with their goals.
